Version: 1.0 Released May 21, 2026

What's New

Version 1.0 is the launch of the new Find My Septic LLC website. A full rebuild around property records, a regional directory, and the forms and resources people actually use. Here is what's included.

Property Reports

New

Search any Florida address and get a compiled report of what the public record says about it. Wastewater designation, drinking water source, OSTDS permit history, registered ATU status, and a neighborhood map of nearby septic and sewer parcels.

Free previewSummary, designation, permit count, registered ATU flag, and the neighborhood map for every property.
Full reportEvery permit with agent and source document, all nearby ATUs with maintenance history, all nearby parcels with FLWMI confidence flags, exact parcel pins, and a downloadable PDF.
Read it your wayEach report includes a "What this means" section for buyers, sellers, and inspectors — different angle on the same record.

Directory

New

A regional directory of licensed septic contractors, ATU maintenance entities, and environmental health professionals — pulled from public licensing rosters and organized by Florida region and county.

Region viewEight Florida regions, with each county and its record counts visible at a glance.
Profile pagesEvery directory entry has its own profile with public activity, associated permits, and a map of where they work.
Claim your listingFree. Adds your logo, phone, services, service areas, and a verified badge. See For Professionals.
Advanced map searchPaid tier: filter the map by permit type, contractor, county, and date range. Useful for sizing up a region.

Forms & resources

New

Current Florida DEP forms — operating permit applications, business surveys, real estate inspections, provider notifications, new construction — pulled into one place and grouped by what you'd actually use them for. Free to download.

First wave of practical reference content is live: troubleshooting guides, approved drainfield materials, and Florida sand profiles, at /resources.

Audience pages

New

Three new pages for the people most likely to be on the site:

  • How it works — what the site is and why it exists.
  • For agents — real estate, authorized agents, and AI agents pulling records on someone's behalf.
  • For professionals — claim your free listing and what it gets you.

Under the hood

For the technically curious
  • Stable URLs for every property, permit, contractor, and county page.
  • Schema.org markup on property reports (Report, Place, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage) so assistants and search engines can read records cleanly.
  • Every claim ties back to a named public dataset — FLWMI, FDEP OSTDS permits, MARS, county appraiser parcel data — with dates preserved.
  • "Known" vs. "Likely" confidence flags carried through from the source data, not flattened.

What's next

Coming soon

The tools shelf is mostly empty on purpose — small, specific things land one at a time. Service reminders, private job bidding, a site plan helper, and a water usage calculator are next. If there's something you'd actually use, say so.
